SBA Office of Advocacy

It was nice to see you at the Buckeye Chamber of Commerce BBC Meeting last week to introduce the Office of Advocacy and hear about your small business concerns.  Your valuable time and informative input are greatly appreciated.

As was mentioned, the Office of Advocacy relies on small business input and we need information that helps build our case to the agency. If an existing or proposed Federal regulation is causing problems, we want details:

  • Which regulation and which provisions of it?
  •            Can you propose a better way of meeting the goal?
  •             How can you measure the burden of the regulation?
  •                            How much would it cost you? In what specific ways – such as added payroll costs, hiring lawyers or consultants?

Here is the link to the Office of Advocacy website for the Regulatory Reform input: https://advocacy.sba.gov/regulatory-reform/regulatory-reform-input/

Did you know we have a mobile app? It’s a free, easy to use, and very helpful resource for Buckeye residents and businesses! You can find it in your App Store!
