ADOT Road Closure WB I-10 75th & 99th Ave. Fri, Oct 15 9:00 pm - Mon, Oct 18 5:00 am

Westbound I-10 (Papago Freeway) closed between 75th and 99th avenues Oct 15-18. Drivers who use I-10 between Avondale Boulevard and I-17 in Phoenix should plan for delays and use caution while the following weekend closures are in place for pavement removal.

Westbound I-10 between 75h and 99th avenues will be closed from 9 pm Friday, Oct 15, until 5 am Monday Oct 18. The following ramps will also be closed during this time:

The westbound I-10 on-ramps at 67th, 75th and 83rd avenues.

The Loop 202 (South Mountain Freeway) ramp to westbound I-10.

Detours: Drivers may take the 51st Ave exit & drive west on either McDowell Road or Van Buren Street to 107th Ave. to access westbound I-10. Motorists driving north on Loop 202 may exit at Van Buren and travel west to 107th Ave.

Saturday, January 8, 2022|8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Join us for the 8th Annual Buckeye Marathon, Half, 10K, 5K, and 1 Mile Run. Known for its downhill and fast course (marathoners will drop over 530 feet in elevation from the start to finish), the marathon route starts in the community of Sun City Festival before making its way around the beautiful White Tank Mountains and ending at the runway of the Buckeye Municipal Airport. Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K runners will start and finish at the airport, with views of the White Tank Mountains on the outgoing section of the out-and-back courses.
