About Us
Welcome to the official website for the Alta Finisterra Condominium Association, Inc. Our beautiful neighborhood, called Finisterra on the Green, is located near Lake Mission Viejo and next to the Casta Del Sol Golf Course, in Mission Viejo, California.
The Mission Viejo Company developed Finisterra on the Green and incorporated its governing Alta Finisterra Condominium Association in 1980. We are golf course front property with 202 condominiums, designed in a Mediterranean architectural style with resilient distinct terracotta tile roofs, security gates at our entrances, a pool heated year-round, a golf practice green to improve one’s short game, and a golf view promenade to stroll and enjoy the tranquility of nature and magnificent golf course views. Our members belong to the Lake Mission Viejo Association and enjoy using the beaches, sailing, and a variety of concerts and special events.
Alta Finisterra is Spanish for “upper land’s end.” At the Alta Finisterra Condominium Association people are elevated to where the trials of life end, and living the dream begins.
