David Hylton, President, and Owner is a former California Peace Officer and has a unique insight into public safety and corporate liability. He served as President of the Arco Arena Security Officers Association (ASOA). Mr. Hylton holds a Bachelors's degree in Business Management from Saint Mary’s College.

He created ClientMatch Matrix a process used to evaluate a client’s needs and match security officer training to the client’s specific site requirements.
