    Welcome to our website. We are so glad you decided to take a look at our properties. We offer a nice variety of houses and apartments for lease. Our student units will accommodate from 1 to 6 people. Each property is unique. We have tried to show you an overview of what we have to offer.

    We offer you local ownership and maintenance in a family owned and operated business. We have been part of the community of Charleston for many years. We offer properties that are well maintained, regular lawn service, well lighted off street parking. Trash pickup is furnished at all locations.

Many of our properties offer new furnaces and central air. Many are all electric and very efficient utility wise and many offer washers and dryers on the property.

Take a look at what we have to offer. We invite you to drive by the different locations, but to really appreciate the quality of what you see, call or e-mail us for an appointment. We show apartments & houses Monday through Friday, usually between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. We can make special arrangements if these times do not work for you.
