Small property management business in the South Valley of Albuquerque, needs a reliable person at times to show a vacant place to rental prospects, get a lease signed and collect initial move in funds-or appear in court for the occasional eviction hearing. Experience not necessary, but you must be intelligent and reliable with dependable transportation. Pay is $20 per hour This would be a strictly occasional, part-time gig, so you could probably incorporate it into any other work schedule you may have. Bi-lingual is a plus.
