MEMBERSHIP MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY:



Responsible for growth of new membership sales, membership retention, and planning persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential businesses to become members. In support of Membership initiatives, the Manager will also develop sponsorships, coordinate membership events and assist with signature events. Lead membership team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs and concerns with an emphasis on Quality Customer Service. Responsible for giving oral, video and virtual presentations and trainings. Participates in Community events as needed to promote the Chamber. This position is responsible for developing initiatives for new sales, servicing existing relationships to secure renewals and upsell additional Chamber services. Ability to engage businesses and to develop and close membership package agreements. Responsible for the planning of all Membership events to include participation, attendance, set – up, breakdown and follow up with attendees. Is responsible for “excellence” and client satisfaction as the ultimate outcome for all events. Liaison to Ambassador Committee
