Data Center is seeking an inside sales representative to join our Data Center/Colocation Team. This position requires a person to maintain inside and outside sales relationships while developing sales channels and partnerships to drive revenue and growth. We are looking for a talented, driven and confident individual who is eager to learn and is not afraid to take action.

Responsibilities
-Cold calling potential clients
-Schedule appointments and meetings with potential clients
-Provide potential clients with tours of our facilities, also visit client's own facilities to facilitate and nurture relationships
-Identify profitable business opportunities
-Promote and explain benefits of Data Center/Colocation services
-High level of self-initiative; sound judgement, and ability to work independently as well as with a team.
-Prepare and present formal proposals to executive levels of organizations
-Prepare formal proposals in response to RFPs
-Consult with potential customers to assess their business needs
- Seek and Attend Events that will enable you to meet new clients and establish a community presence
-Identify and/or promote sales opportunities to existing customers
-Networking and Partner development including but not limited to attending events

Job Qualifications
-Must have a desire to build a career in sales
-Ability to operate a computer
- General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher etc.
-A combination of education and experience will be considered
-Prior experience in service oriented sales is preferred
-Ability to excel in a fast paced environment is required
-Experience with high volume cold calling is preferred
-Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communications
-Ability to meet sales goals and deadlines in a competitive selling environment
-Great charisma and a pro-active personality
-Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
-Must have a valid driver's license and pass background check.

Quota

Each sales person must retire their salary quarterly. For example: An annual salary of $75000 would be met by achieving $75000 of contract value per quarter. Therefore, a $1000 monthly recurring revenue contract on a 12 month contract would retire $12000 or quota. In addition, a sales person is expected to make no less than 5 appointments per week to discuss our services. This will be tracked.
