RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Effectively develop and manage a constant flow of quality leads and continually improve closing ratios
*Gather the knowledge and nuances necessary to identify and address the needs and wants of today's seniors
*Create sales scripts that inform, interest, entice, and accurately convey our product and services
*Must be comfortable navigating family dynamics, the difficulties and emotions of aging, and able to provide comfort and solutions ~ this is our business
*Possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, present a professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable image
*Be a goal-orientated, self-starter, with incredible drive and work ethic - this is not a 9-5 job! You make your own success!
*Have a natural ease with emotional intelligence; be adaptable and dynamic in new situations
*Provide a verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
*Possess strong technical skills, fluency in Office Suite is essential; experience in Salesforce is beneficial
*Experience in Senior Living sales is very desirable
*Having strong social and personal ties in the Albuquerque area is highly desirable; familiarity with the area senior living network is equally so
