We are seeking energetic and hungry individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our fast-paced agency sales department. As an independent insurance professional, you will work with a dynamic team of sales agents that share your desire to win. Position pays a competitive base with a generous commission and bonus structure that works well for those who are disciplined and follow our proven sales process

Licensed Insurance Sales Producer Requirements:
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Prospect and generate new business through leads and referrals
- Sell, quote and write new business
- Cross-sell other products
- Inform and educate clients about policy coverage, changes and exclusions.
- Manage an effective follow-up and x-date process
- Build and maintain relationships

Licensed Insurance Sales Producer Requirements:
- Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license as well as a Life & Health license
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be teachable.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently
- College degree or equivalent insurance experience preferred but we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to establish priorities and proceed with objectives under limited supervision
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance markets and products
- Adequate knowledge of rating procedures, overages and industry operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must maintain strict confidentiality at all times, both in and out of the workplace
- Bilingual candidates welcome
