ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plans, schedules and executes maintenance related activities.
Schedules order work assignments. Completes work assignments from FIIX orders and completes information to track expenses and man hours.
Develops and schedules preventative maintenance (PM) tasks. Reviews documentation of mechanics and provides feedback.
Responsible for training mechanics in all departments on new and current pieces of equipment.
Completes training assignments and all documentation needed for tracking training.
Provides major mechanical services on all plant systems as needed.
Trouble shoots electrical and mechanical equipment to diagnose source of trouble.
Responsible for all maintenance/facilities/housekeeping purchases.
Responsible for ordering replacement parts.
Responsible for maintaining parts in inventory system.
Interacts and complies with governmental regulatory agencies.
Prepares reports.
Assist in managing all staff in the department: development training, monitors, improves performance, evaluates, disciplines and instructs.
Accountable for budget expenditures
REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
Experience with preventative maintenance programs or systems, preferred.
Experience with trouble shooting mechanical and electrical system breakdowns.
Experience with safety and lockout programs and systems.
Experience with or knowledge of HVAC systems.
Experience with or knowledge of single phase electricity.
Experience with forklift safety and PM programs.
Ability to operate production, warehouse and material handling equipment.
Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid/Current Class C driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Job Status: Full-time

Compensation: $50,960.00 per year

Benefits: PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and Paid Holidays

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday or Tuesday – Saturday
