Apollo Chiropractic Health & Wellness, LLC is actively seeking a well-qualified individual for the part-time Independent Contractor position of Licensed Massage Therapist
Requirements:
*Qualified Candidate must be an active, current NM Licensed Massage Therapist, without any limitations nor pending actions against their Licensure.
*Current liability insurance in the amount of $1M / $3M, naming Company as Additional Insured
*Medical Massage experience within a medical clinic and/or wellness center
*Verifiable experience writing SOAP format medical treatment notes within the past 7 years
*Willingness to document a detailed SOAP note for each treatment, within our EHR / Electronic Health Record System
*Reply with a Resume/CV, Cover Letter, and at least 3 Professional References.
*The successful LMT Candidate must:
• Provide 60-minute manual therapy sessions.
• Be open to a flexible schedule inclusive of some Evening
