About Us
Chuck’s family includes his wife Jackie and four grown children. Chuck’s interests outside of work include running & travel. Gary has been involved in the Real Estate Brokerage industry for over 15 years, focusing primarily on the leasing of commercial office and retail centers. In addition to having earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, Gary has dedicated considerable efforts to the Corvallis community, including serving as President and Chairman of the Downtown Corvallis Association, chairing the Corvallis Planning Commission, and currently as a board member for the Chamber of Commerce. Gary’s interests outside of work include photography, running, skiing, and travel.
After graduating from La Grande High School in 1979, Dale migrated to the Willamette Valley in pursuit of his College education. After receiving his business Degree from Linfield College in McMinnville, Dale focused his efforts on a career in the Real Estate Industry. Dale primarily focuses on retail commercial, apartment sales, and leasing.
When not at work, Dale is usually spending time with his wife and two daughters. Dale’s hobbies include running, camping, and tennis.Alan has been active in commercial real estate for nearly 20 years and is also a licensed Architect. Alan obtained his CCIM designation in 1990 and has been involved in construction, real estate development and commercial brokerage for most of his adult life. In early 2010 Alan started a commercial real estate management company: Wells Investment Properties, LLC, with emphasis on the management of self storage facilities, retail centers and office properties.
