Our job development services cover everything from exploring career options to helping with job applications, crafting resumes, and acing interviews. We even go the extra mile by meeting with employers to advocate for our clients and provide job coaching along the way.
We also assist those with disabilities in securing temporary jobs that provide income as well as valuable experience and references. Despite the challenges they may face, individuals with disabilities often bring unique strengths to the table, like better job retention rates, fewer missed workdays, and a lower risk of work-related incidents.
