The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) is opening up a second phase of
We’re All In Small Business Grants, making available an additional $50 million of federal CARES Act funding to Wisconsin businesses hard hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.
We’re All In Small Business Grant – Phase 2 makes federal funding available to Wisconsin small businesses that were unable to apply for Phase 1 of the program. And, it makes additional funds available to companies that were awarded Phase 1 grants.
We’re All In Small Business Grants of $5,000 are available through this Phase 2 program to Wisconsin businesses with more than $0 but less than $1 million annual revenues (gross receipts less returns and allowances) and one to 50 full-time equivalent employees (FTEs) in 2019. Additional eligibility requirements apply.

We’re All In Small Business – Phase 2 Grants will be accepted from 8 a.m., Monday, Oct. 19, to 11:59 p.m., Monday, November 2, 2020.

Please be prepared to apply for this funding opportunity when the application window opens October 19, 2020.
* Applications opened at 8 a.m. on Monday, October 19 and the application period closes at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, November 2.
* The application is available at
revenue.wi.gov. (It is recommended that you have your 2019 federal tax return ready when applying).
* The grants are for business that had between 1-50 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees in 2019. A sole proprietor counts as one employee for these criteria.
* Businesses who applied for the We're All In Small Business Grant Phase 1 program may apply again for this phase. If you received funding through Phase 1, you may still apply. If you did not receive funding, you may still apply.
* After all eligible applications are reviewed, you will receive an email by November 23 confirming whether you will receive a grant. DOR will issue payments on December 4 for those businesses receiving grants.
