Nakia is a 20+ year Administrative Professional and servant-hearted person, who currently still works full time as a Facilities Coordinator, owner of KISS Virtual Services being the CEO & Event Coordinatinator for VA World Conference.
KISS Virtual Services serves professionals with Integrity & Innovation through a partner-based approach that allows them to focus on growth while proving simplicity isn't a limitation.
In 2020, came the idea of the VA World Conference, its been a natural extension of my own journey.
VA World Conference is an annual event catered to women of color. The lack of diversity and resources was almost deterring me when starting my own journey. It will lead and create tomorrow's future through virtual service providers. Doing by empowering, connecting, and encouraging Virtual Assistants around the world to be, do and have all the possibilities of their dreams. We provide a means to successful entrepreneurship, especially for women of color that includes mental, physical, legal, and financial wellbeing.
