A second email has been sent out to our members with the title Deaf Smith County Chamber of Commerce 2024.  It did not come from the  Chamber of Commerce. We have asked the IT company we use to look into the email. Our hope was to block it. They informed me that it is a Gmail account and they can not block it.  They also assured me that they did not get into our system because they monitor it daily. All that you can do is mark it as SPAM on you computer. This will not keep you from getting our emails. It will send any further emals from this person to junk mail.  I did ask how they got our members emails and was told that anyone can readly access emails with out hacking into a system.
Please know that the Chamber would never give out information or sell our information.
