About First Coast Women's Services

First Coast Womens Services is a faith-based not-for-profit organization that provides free-of-charge pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds, options counseling, and community referrals (view all services here). We do not provide extended OB/GYN or pre-natal care, birth control prescriptions or devices, fertility testing, abortion services, referrals for abortion or STD/STI testing. All our services are fast, free of charge, and confidential. Walk-ins welcome.
