About The Outreach Program
Based in El Dorado, KS, Numana, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity formed in August 2008, as an international hunger relief organization. Our first food-packaging event was held in El Dorado, KS in December 2009. Since then, with the help of hundreds of thousands of volunteers, we have packaged more than 43 million meals that have served the hungry around the world.
SERVING THE HUNGRY
A Numana event provides a hands-on project in which almost any age or skill level can participate. Every event is unique and custom tailored to fit your group. Our events build unity in a community, facilitate leadership development and educate people about hunger issues while actively engaging the problem of hunger.
To date, Numana events have benefited children and families in the United States of America, Kenya, Sierra Leone, Haiti, Vietnam, El Salvador, Malawi, Honduras, Colombia, South Africa, Rwanda, Philippines, Liberia, Zambia, Nicaragua and this is just the beginning…
