2025 Community Guide

We are diligently collaborating with the Estherville News to create the 2025 Estherville Community Guide. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business to both new and existing residents, as well as visitors to our town. With RAGBRAI coming to town this year, we will be printing additional copies! Chamber Members will receive enhanced listings and reduced advertising rates. Contact the Estherville News today to secure your ad in the 2025 guide!

RAGBRAI 2025

As many of you may have heard, Estherville has been selected as an Overnight Host Town for the 2025 RAGBRAI. On Monday, July 21st, thousands of cyclists will arrive in Estherville, presenting a wonderful opportunity to showcase our vibrant community and potentially provide a significant economic boost. This event is a large-scale undertaking that will require everyone's assistance in some capacity.
We have established a dedicated website at Estherville.org/ragbrai-2025, along with a Facebook page and an Instagram account under the name Estherville Ragbrai. We encourage you to follow us for updates and further information.
Throughout March, we will be making several major announcements, including our theme and the headlining band. Additionally, we will open volunteer sign-ups, housing applications for both hosts and riders, and vendor registration, so please stay tuned for these developments!
If you receive inquiries regarding accommodations at your property, whether residential or commercial, we recommend advising individuals who are not personally known to you to wait for the official housing request form to be released later this month. This approach will help us maximize the efficiency of Estherville's available spaces and ensure that groups are matched with appropriate hosts.

Thank you for your support, and stay tuned for more updates!

Lead the Ville

Lead the Ville
In January Lead the Ville learned all about Emmet County Government including a round table with the Emmet County Supervisors and a tour of all Courthouse Departments. They ended the day with speaker Brenda Clark Hamilton on how to show up and be a leader every day!

In February Lead the Ville focused on Educational Opportunities and Non-Profit Leadership Organizations. They started their morning at the Estherville Public Library where they learned about all of the educational opportunities provided by the Library and learned from the Library Board and Friends of the Library Board. They then met with Board Members from the Estherville Area Chamber of Commerce, Estherville Area Growth Partnership and Excel Estherville. In the afternoon Iowa Lakes Community College gave the class a fantastic tour of it's facilities and taught us all about the college.
