About Us

French-Reneker-Associates, Inc. has been serving Iowa and northern Missouri since 1952 with a full range of civil, environmental and agricultural engineering services.   The services we provide have grown along with the communities we serve, to include:  sanitary sewer, water distribution, dams, wetlands, grassed waterways, general aviation airports, street and highway, water treatment, wastewater treatment, industrial park, and subdivision design.
 
French-Reneker is an employee owned engineering company. Of our 27 employees, we have five licensed engineers, one engineering intern, two licensed land surveyors, one land surveying intern and many support staff. 
 
At French-Reneker, we pride ourselves on serving our clients, not just doing projects.  We want to continue to create lasting relationships with our clients and our employees. We have been serving some of the same clients since 1952 and our average employee tenure is 17 years. 
 
French-Reneker provides Land Surveying in much of Southeast Iowa, frequently serving clients in Jefferson, Davis, Wapello, Keokuk, Washington and Appanoose counties. We can meet all of your Land Surveying needs, providing property surveys, farm surveys, lot surveys, construction staking, topographic surveys, ALTA/ACSM Surveys, and preparation of elevation certificates.
Considering our size and experienced staff, we can provide quick, reliable, and professional results to meet your deadline. Our clients include private land owners, attorneys, realtors, municipalities, counties and State.
   
As part of serving our clients, we can assist with applications for various funding options.  We have experience with Community Development Block Grant, State Revolving Fund loan program, USDA Rural Develop grants and loans, STP, farm to market, Transportation Alternatives (TAP), CAT grants, and various foundation grants.
