Round 3 - Microbusiness Grants

Sacramento County is launching the third round of grant funding for microbusiness owners who may have missed an opportunity to apply for a $2,500 grant in the first round. Applications for the Sacramento County Microbusiness Grant Program will be accepted June 20-October 1. (Or until all funds are committed). Applications will be reviewed and funded in the order that they are received. You can receive grants of $2,500 that do not need to be repaid. A microbusiness must receive less than $50,000 in gross revenue annually and has fewer than five full-time employees to qualify. An eligible business must also have been in operation by the end of 2019.

Sacramento County Small Business & Nonprofit Grant Program

The County has designated $7.5 million for the Sacramento County Small Business & Nonprofit Grant Program, funded with a portion of the County’s American Rescue Plan Act allocation. The goal of the Program is to provide grants to eligible small business and nonprofit organizations that have experienced direct financial impacts due to the COVID-19 pandemic and related health and safety restrictions.
