Florida Track & Turf

No one can argue that the surface an owner chooses is of the utmost importance, however if your pavement or subsurface is substandard or defective, then your 15 year running track, artificial turf or tennis court surface may last only a few seasons. We have always considered this outcome totally unacceptable. Since 1983 AACI has built a reputation for constructing the highest quality subsurface structures, worthy of the finest surfaces and ensuring that these surfaces meet there full potential for performance and longevity. Since our inception, our sole goal has been to build the finest sports facilities available anywhere including industry leading surfaces from Beynon Sports Surfaces, Fieldturf, Nova Sports USA and California Products. We invite you to experience what sets AACI apart from the rest of the industry! AACI has been and will continue to be a leader in the promotion of “Green Building” construction concepts from site work through the finish surface.
AACI has been constructing precision sports surfaces since its inception in 1983. AACI is a six time national award winning company as awarded by the American Sports Builders Association (ASBA) formerly the United States Tennis Courts and Track Builders Association (USTC&TBA). AACI has one of a few nationally recognized Certified Track Builders and two Certified Field Builders on staff. Our company utilizes the latest in “state of the art” laser control technology to ensure the highest quality tolerances achievable in the sports construction industry. AACI is an authorized installer of International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) certified Beynon Sports Surfaces. In addition AACI is proud of its affiliations with Fieldturf, Nova Sports USA and California Products. AACI has over one thousand sports surface installations.
AACI has provided the finest surfaces in the Mid Atlantic Region including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland. In 1974 William Narozanick (Owner) witnessed the construction of Florida State University’s new state of the art running track facility. As a member of the FSU track and field team and as someone involved with his father’s road construction company, Bill was extremely intrigued by the process of building a running track and knew he had found his life’s ambition. In 2004, Bill’s dream of bringing AACI into the Florida market was realized with the introduction of Florida Track and Turf. In 2009, AACI will continue to expand its market in Florida and throughout the East Coast building the highest quality, longest lasting sport facilities for all future clients as well as building on the extremely valued relationships already established.
All too often an owner is forced to take the low bid with a company that bid their project because that company was slow or there was too little to bid in that company’s primary business. AACI has been the Mid-Atlantic Region’s leader in running track construction since 1983. AACI has written the book on proper design and implementation for asphalt pavement construction relating to running track construction. Because we install the synthetic surface, we know how important it is to optimize the slope, planetary and smoothness of our asphalt pavements which is the only way to maximize the performance, durability and longevity of your hard earned investment!
