A cherished family-owned establishment nestled in Harker Heights, Texas. Our journey began as a humble endeavor at a single location and has flourished into four independently owned restaurants across the Killeen/Harker Heights area. Maria Martha Leon and Maria Irma Marquez proudly oversee the operations of our Harker Heights location, with invaluable assistance from Irma's daughter, Ruby Marquez. Meanwhile, Taquería Mexico #2 is expertly managed by Irma's husband, Miguel, alongside their eldest daughter, Adilene Marquez.
At Taquería Mexico #3, we prioritize fostering strong bonds with our patrons, whether they're familiar faces or first-time visitors. Our commitment to customer comfort and satisfaction is unwavering, as we diligently strive to maintain the highest standards of service. Drawing on over 15 years of experience, we've preserved many of our original recipes, ensuring that each taco, burrito, soup, and entrée is a testament to our culinary heritage.
Our story is deeply rooted in family and tradition. Founded by two sisters hailing from a bustling household of 14, we've been immersed in the Mexican restaurant industry since our upbringing in JesusMaria, Jalisco. After 20 years in our hometown, we relocated to Killeen, Texas, where we've proudly served our community for the past 17 years. Irma, married to her husband and business partner, Miguel Marquez, for 25 years, is a proud mother of three daughters: Adilene (24), Ruby (21), and Jocelyn (8).
