Established in 1906, the Algonquin Club is a distinguished gentlemen's social club located at 206 East Howard Street in downtown Hibbing, Minnesota. For over a century, it has served as a welcoming venue for friends and associates to convene, fostering fellowship and engaging in meaningful discussions on contemporary matters.
The club operates without set hours, with members traditionally gathering every Thursday evening from late September through April. Members have access to the club at any time, provided it hasn't been reserved for private events. In compliance with local ordinances, alcohol service is permitted between 8:00 AM and 1:00 AM (from noon on Sundays), and the premises must be vacated by 1:30 AM. Prospective members are encouraged to seek sponsorship from current members to join this esteemed institution.
