Book Club Starts
January 14th

Take the time to join other businessmen and women in Highland as they delve into the book,  The ONE Thing:  The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary Results, by Gary Keller with Jay Papasan.

Highland Chamber of Commerce hosts “Get Found on Google Search and Maps”

January 2, 2019 – Highland, IL: The Highland Chamber of Commerce is teaming up with Google to help small businesses get online and grow. The “Get Found on Google Search and Maps” workshop will guide attendees through “Google My Business”, a free tool for local businesses who want to connect with customers on Google Search and Maps. Attendees will receive hands-on help creating or updating their listing, as well as be able to take advantage of a free website.
 
This session will show attendees how to:
  • Create or claim their Google My Business listing
  • Manage their business information across Google Search and Maps
  • Use Google My Business to connect with potential customers
  • Create a free website using the information from their business listing
Attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop as there will be time to work on their listings.

Relevant Pregnancy Options Center   Celebrating 25 Years

Trivia Night is the perfect way to kick off this year's 25th Anniversary of Relevant and renew your commitment to support this vital ministry. Come out on January 18, 2019 to the KC Hall. Doors Open at 6:30 pm. Cost is $10/Person & 10 people at a Table. Drinks must be purchased at the KC Hall, but you are welcome to bring your own snacks. Bring some extra cash for 50/50 tickets, mulligans, $1 games, and new this year our Silent Auction.

We would love to see your masterpieces and help you make a profit. $10 entry fee for the Framed Art Contest. We will except up to 25 entries to be submitted in the silent auction and 50% of the profit will go to RPOC. All Entries need to be submitted by January 14th. You can pay that night but someone needs to fill out the sheet and reserve a table for your “Trivia Team.”
