Pulse Personal Training Weekly Health Tip

Pulse Personal Training is excited to partner with the Chamber to bring you tips for healthy living every week!  Today’s tip is to get up early and beat the HEAT!

Does a busy summer schedule throw your workout routine off, or does the heat of the afternoon and evening have you put your workout off until tomorrow? This week’s healthy living tip is to get up early and beat the heat! Schedule your walking, running, biking or other outdoor workouts as early in the morning as possible when temperatures are more comfortable. Not only will a morning workout help set the tone for more healthy choices to fuel your day, but it also eliminates the need to make sure it “fits” into other parts of your day!

Mentors in Motion Participation Wanted

MENTORS IN MOTION
What started out as “Book Club” several years ago has evolved into what has now been named “Mentors in Motion”.  This like minded group of entrepreneurs with very diverse business backgrounds, meet weekly to discuss their businesses and ways that they can grow both professionally and from a business standpoint. This approach allows them to offer a broad spectrum of constructive insight into your business. They are looking to expand the group and are looking for a few individuals to join.

If you are a current or future business owner and are interested in:
-Providing and receiving mentorship in a confidential environment that grows secure relationships with your peers
-Developing professionally and personally through long term mutual sharing in an informal setting
-Give and receive credible connections of others that may be able to help offer a solution to challenges

A message from Heart and Soul Yoga

Hello!  July and August will be here before we know it!  With that, there are a couple changes and enhancements to accessing your yoga practice.

In the following video I explain how to BOOK your classes using your Momoyoga account.  If you don't have an account set up yet, please use the link below to register.
The video also explains two new features (monthly unlimited video access and a new 10-class pass).  In addition, the video explains a few pricing changes, specifically the upcharge for continuing with Zoom classes.  I am VERY happy to continue using Zoom for those that wish to continue taking classes at home, but I need to pass along the expense of this feature.
