1) Sign in with the log in and password you set up when you joined the Chamber or when we transitioned to the new website. 
2) Click on Resources  

3)  Choose Submit Job Board  - enter your job information

When you complete your entry, it will be pending until approved by the Admin(Hillarie).  These are checked weekly for approval.

What started out as “Book Club” several years ago has evolved into what has now been named “Mentors in Motion”. This like minded group of entrepreneurs with very diverse business backgrounds, meet weekly to discuss their businesses and ways that they can grow both professionally and from a business standpoint.This approach allows them to offer a broad spectrum of constructive insight into your business.They are looking to expand the group and are looking for a few individuals to join.

HIGHLAND - The Pioneer Newspaper is available on-line and on Facebook and Twitter,
which links to the digital publishing platform. 
 
Each Friday evening, a link is posted to the Pioneer's Facebook and Twitter page. By clicking that link, the entire paper can be read.
We are committed to publishing the paper FREE so that anyone can read about the community in which we proudly live!
The paper has been on line for several months, but we are fine-tuning the system as we refine the site.
 
The paper can also be read on a computer in its entirety at our domain site (www.thepioneernewspaper.com)
 
We plan to upgrade our system and continue to make The Pioneer Newspaper available at no cost to any reader not only in our area, but around the globe. The Highland Chamber of Commerce is excited to celebrate the 20 Year Anniversary of the Gift Certificate Program!  Since it's inception in 2001, the program boasts sales of over $1.3 million!  These are dollars that stay local and support local businesses, boosting the Highland economy!  The Gift Certificates can be purchased in increments of $10 and $25 and are available for sale at the following locations:

FCB Bank Collecting Coats For Cuties!!

Now Collecting Coats For Cuties At FCB Banks
FCB Banks is once again collecting “Coats for Cuties” from now until November 19th.    “Coats for Cuties” is a drive to collect new and gently used coats, hats, gloves and scarfs for children, Pre-K through 6th grade.  You can drop off donations at the FCB Banks – Highland, 111 Walnut St., or any FCB Banks location.  A box is located in the lobby.
 
The coats, hats, gloves and scarves collected will be distributed to area schools to give to local children who are in need of warm clothing for the winter.

Heart and Soul Yoga November and December Class Information
  Class sessions will be 6 weeks in length (due to the upcoming holidays).  The cost for each 6-week class is $42 for in studio, or $55 for Zoom option.  
Also available (for in-studio use only) an 8-class pass (good for 2 months) and a 10-calls pass (good for 2 months).  If you purchase these class passes, you book any class on the schedule that meets your needs and time frame.  The 8-class pass option is $68, the 10-class pass option is $85.  
As always, I offer a "drop in" class option that is $10 per class for in-studio and $12 per class for the Zoom option.

      Living in a rural area has many advantages and can many times afford different or unique opportunities, including music instruction.
     For the past three years, the Highland Music School, under the direction of Angelina McLaughlin-Heil, has been serving Highland and the surrounding communities.  The school, located at 180 Woodcrest Drive in Highland, provides professional one on one and group music lessons and education at convenient times and affordable prices.

Highland Lions Club donates to HSHS St. Joseph's

Highland Lions Club donates to HSHS St. Joseph’s Foundation
for Diabetes Education Program
 
HIGHLAND— The Highland Lions Club recently made a donation of $513 to the HSHS St. Joseph’s Foundation to support HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Highland’s diabetes education program.
 
The donation will be used to support the purchase of new educational supplies and foot models that focus on proper foot health, which will be used for inpatients, outpatients and for community outreach events. Lions Club members around the world fight for better diabetes relief through initiatives and programs to improve the lives of those living with diabetes and helping others from developing type 2 diabetes.
