Heart and Soul Yoga Jan & Feb Schedule Heart and Soul Yoga December & January Class* Information Hello! I hope this finds you healthy and ready for the holiday season - including the new year! Below are the schedules for the January/February session. There two new yoga classes added to these schedules - Sunday evening (4-5 pm) returning the Deep Stretch class. Wednesday evening - Strength and Stretch - using light weights with yoga poses. Also a new style of class taught by Angela Imming - Barre Above. This class will be on Tuesday evenings, from 5:30 - 6:25. This is a high energy class that utilizes yoga, pilates and barre equipment.
