Spread the Word!! Help the Chamber of Commerce fill the Event Calendar on our website. It's easy to do and helps get the word out about what you have going on at your business, club or group! Highland has so many exciting things going on and adding your event helps spread the word! To enter your event: Go to highlandillinois.com, then click the Calendars and Events page and look for the submit your event button below the calendar. Once it is entered, it is sent to me for approval, I approve it and it is entered to the events page. Photos/flyers can also be uploaded. Let me know if you have any questions. Heart and Soul Yoga Jan & Feb Schedule Heart and Soul Yoga January & February Class Information Hello! I hope this finds you healthy and ready for the holiday season - including the new year! Below are the schedules for the January/February session. There two new yoga classes added to these schedules - Sunday evening (4-5 pm) returning the Deep Stretch class. Wednesday evening - Strength and Stretch - using light weights with yoga poses. Also a new style of class taught by Angela Imming - Barre Above. This class will be on Tuesday evenings, from 5:30 - 6:25. This is a high energy class that utilizes yoga, pilates and barre equipment.
