On Tuesday, August 1, Anderson Healthcare President and CEO, Keith A. Page, announced his future retirement and succession plan to the staff of Anderson Healthcare.  Page is planning a February 2024 retirement which will then mark 28 years of leadership at Anderson Healthcare.

July 28, 2023 (Maryville, IL) – Emergency Department Nurse, Madison Roam, RN, of Anderson Hospital was recently honored with The DAISY Award® For Extraordinary Nurses. The award is part of the DAISY Foundation's programs to recognize the super-human efforts nurses perform every day. The nomination submitted read:

Rotary District 6460 is pleased to announce that Karley Broske is the winner of a $3,000 scholarship.  Karley is the daughter of Rick/Eileen Broske and Hollie Rakers and is from Highland, IL. The scholarship will help pay her expenses at Missouri State University in Springfield, MO.  She is studying to be a Cell and Molecular Biology Major.  The money for the scholarships is accumulated from donations from Rotary members around District 6460.  This year the district gave five scholarships at $3,000 each.  To win, she submitted an application found on rotary6460.org, was chosen as a finalist, and interviewed by a committee of Rotary members in Jacksonville, IL on Saturday, July 8, 2023.  The districts approximate boundaries are from Galesburg to Alton and the Mississippi River to interstate 55.
