Don't forget ............. COSTUME CONTEST!!!!

ONE on ONE Program Announced!

ONE on ONE
We are excited to kick off our ONE on ONE program! This program was created to culminate relationships with other like-minded businesspeople or members from groups or organizations that may find it difficult or intimidating in a group setting. Jeff Weinacht from Pulse Personal Training will be collecting a list of business professionals who are interested in getting together one on one to meet and get to know each other on a personal and professional level. The idea behind the meetings is not to “sell” each other’s products or services, but simply to network in an atmosphere that allows for conversations with minimal distractions, as well as an opportunity to get to know one another.  The Highland Community is growing quickly and has a wide range of new businesses that have opened in the last year. This is a great opportunity to build relationships with people who can share experiences and work together as opportunities arise!  While the Highland Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours is our greatest opportunity to network on a regular basis, ONE on ONE is a way for individuals to network in a more intimate setting and build meaningful, professional relationships!
We will have a sign up sheet at our Business After Hours or
you can contact Jeff anytime at 618-792-8250

Protecting Your Personal Information | Busey Bank

Protecting Your Personal Information
With the relentless threat of fraud, it’s more important than ever to be alert while protecting your identity and finances.

If you receive suspicious outreach from someone claiming to be with Busey, do not respond, click or open any links or attempt to open or download any attachments. Our associates will not reach out to you to obtain your credentials, request your password or PIN, or ask for access to your device.

Watch for these five red flags of phishing in emails, calls and texts:

Prompts to open a link or take immediate action.
Use of urgent or fear-inducing language.
Sending an unexpected attachment.
Request for personal information, like PINs, passwords or social security numbers.
Pressure to log into or send money with payment apps.

October is Cyber Security Awareness Month and Busey is partnering with the American Bankers Association for their Banks Never Ask That campaign. Check out their website for additional ways to protect yourself and your finances.

If you believe you’ve been the victim of fraud or a scam on a Busey account, contact our Customer Care team, reach out to your Relationship Manager or visit your local Service Center to place a fraud alert on your account.
