Estimated to break ground Q4 2019, the 78.3-acre site can deliver a total of 1.55 M SF of industrial and commercial space, and as large as an 800,000 sf cross-dock building with excess trailer and e-Com employee intensive parking capabilities, and over 2,000 linear feet of frontage along the 605 Freeway. Entitlement and site delivery is underway and ownership is flexible in responding to BTS requests at this time.
