Located adjacent to the I-605 freeways and between the 1-210 and I-10, the development will provide easy access to the San Gabriel Valley, Orange County, and Inland Empire Markets, and is minutes from the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. The Park at Live Oak will be a state-of-the-art industrial campus with 32’ – 40’ clearances, secured 185’ truck courts, and ESFR sprinklers.
