About Us

Northumberland Public Library is Non-Profit 501c3 Library that serves the citizens of Northumberland and surrounding Counties in the Northern Neck of Virginia.  We offer many services to include the usual books, audio books, eBooks and DVD's for check out.  We also offer copying, faxing, notary services, help with technology to include, phones, IPads and laptops, either one on one or in a classroom setting.
We have a community meeting room that can be reserved by non-profit or other organizations for a small fee.
We offer reference services during the hours we are open and are happy to issue you a Library card so long as you have an address in Northumberland or the surrounding counties.
