Hello AV Family,
This is my absolute favorite time of year. Yes, I am one of those who starts singing Christmas songs on Halloween. I love this time, not for the gifts (although I am accepting), not for the food (I always eat too much) but for the overall feeling of joy it brings me. I know this time of year can be challenging for some, so be sure to check in and love on your family and friends. Let's also, remember those less fortunate … It's rough in them streets.

We are so very excited to bring an 80s Christmas parade to the boulevard this year. The team has put together an amazing event. We have it all, so dress warm and toasty, grab some snacks, pick a good spot, and enjoy the fun.
