Come hear from a panel of intelligent and invested community leaders from different non-profit organizations across Utah county as we learn how we can engage as individuals and businesses to benefit our community.

This event cost $20 for Chamber members and $25 for non-members.

We just wanted to make you aware of one of the benefits available to all Chamber members.
We provide Saratoga Springs City with tote bags every month full of swag and other marketing materials from business in our Chamber. This means you are able to get your business's name in front of every new move-in in Saratoga Springs.

A few things that we ask are that first, you provide some sort of value with your marketing materials; meaning some sort of swag item, coupon or promotion on your materials to give benefit to the residents. Second, for the materials to be included in the August bags please get the materials to us by this Wednesday (July 27th), you can either drop the items off at our office 225 E State St. Lehi, UT 84043 or arrange a pick up with Mark or myself. Third, we hand out around 35 tote bags a month so please plan your materials accordingly. We do these bags every month so if you are unable to get the materials to us by next week we can store the materials and included them in our September bags. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.

Sponsorship Opportunities

• Lunch Sponsor - $1000: This company will be our lunch sponsor. We’d love for them to come and give a small plug for their company. We expect 80 at lunch. They will have time to network with the attendees, both morning and afternoon sessions.
• Golf Pro Sponsor - $600: This company will sponsor our Golf Pro, Sue Nyhus at the event. Putting together a gift basket for her would be a nice gesture as well, but that’s not required.
• Morning Session Sponsor - $400: This company will be highlighted as the sponsor for the Level 1 morning session. Ideally they could have a handout/prize for all participants since this is a Level 1 session. We expect 40 to join us for the morning session.
• Afternoon Session Sponsor - $400: This company will be highlighted as the sponsor for the Level 2 afternoon session. It would be most ideal if they wanted to have a handout/prize for 8-10 individuals. We will have a few contests to hand these out (or even a drawing if needed).
• Door Prize Sponsor - $0: Donate a prize for us to do as a door prize during lunch.

As a chamber we have partnered with the American Fork Chamber and Citslinc Travel to provide all inclusive, international travel for our community. As chamber members you are given a discount on top of the incredible price. Reach out to Addison or Mark if you have any questions!
