Marquiesha Gillispie is no stranger to the federal government contracting acquisition process, having spent over 18 distinguished years with the Department of the Army as both an active duty Service Member and Department of the Army Civilian. Before joining the U.S. Small Business Administration, she served as a Contracting Officer and Procurement Analyst in the United States, Korea, Thailand, Qatar, Kuwait, Afghanistan and other locations procuring a vast array of supplies and services.
Marquiesha Gillispie is a qualified Acquisition Professional and holds a B.S.B.A from Texas A&M and a M.P.A with a minor in Criminal Justice from Columbia Southern University. Marquiesha Gillispie has also achieved Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Contracting and Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) Level III Certification.
