Thanksgiving is behind us and can you believe that Christmas is almost here – This year seems it has gone by to fast but looking forward to a new year and leave 2020 behind. It has been a year of challenges, ups and downs, cancellations, and postponements, but more often I have seen our business community step up give us some great highlights, and how to truly innovate through this challenging year.
I encourage you to look back over the past twelve months and although difficult, remember and count our blessings. All of us have a lot to be thankful for including our chamber, communities, businesses, family and friends and the list could go on. The Chamber is lucky to be part of two great communities, Pleasant Grove & Lindon, they make us grateful to be part of what is happening all around us and be involved in both.
The Chamber motto is “Where Relationships Matter”, This has meant more this year than any other. As we look back and more importantly look to this new year, let us make this coming year a big success. Our success comes from you, our members and what we can accomplish. The two communities we are part of are so mindful and grateful for all you do. I would like to take this opportunity and say thank you, thank you for doing all you can. In this coming year I challenge you to be more engaged with the Chamber and help us become more involved with our business community and communities with which our businesses reside. If you ever have any questions, please feel free to reach out with any questions or opportunities to serve.
On behalf of the Chamber, Executive Committee and General Board let me say again, thank you for your support and endorsement of our efforts, and we pledge to work even more actively for you in the year ahead. We wish you a Happy Christmas and a New Year filled with peace, joy, productivity, and one filled with wonderful successes.
Below you will see a special message that the Chamber in partnership with PGCares and David Kozlowski put together for you. We will have a follow-up Zoom Call on this webinar and would love your input and questions.
Please take a moment to listen to his great message on How focusing on Social Health can improve productivity and community in the workplace. Share this message with your employees, staff, and all those you believe can benefit from it.
