Register now for WCEDA's Annual Meeting! |
|
|
Mark your calendars for Wednesday, November 16, 2022 for WCEDA's Annual Meeting!
Five, nearly six, generations at work, and everybody seems to want to know, “Can’t we all just get along?” We’ll learn that Millennials aren’t kids anymore; Boomers aren’t played out, and Gen Z, in fact, does want to work. Mostly, we’ll explore how to make the most of a multi-generational workforce and the differences between age-related and generation-related behaviors. We’ll spend an hour or so examining approaches that leverage these differences for ever-better organizational results.
This year's keynote speaker is Gateway's Elizabeth Oplakta!
Liz is an experienced consultant, coach, manager, educator, and business journalist. with a unique combination of proven competencies in organizational psychology, organizational development, communication, strategic leadership, and change management. Liz coaches and teaches current and future leaders; supports and influences businesses; uses proven tools to assess current behaviors, need and program effectiveness; builds lasting teams and coalitions; improves employee engagement; revitalizes struggling enterprises and helps developing organizations through growing pains.
