| We had our board meeting at Lucio's Restaurant yesterday morning. The food was delish and the service was excellent as always!
Note to self: Take the photo BEFORE board members have to leave. We're missing Robin Wight and Rob Gott! Also not shown because she appeared via FaceTime: Cindy Leland, who is BACK on our board from a brief hiatus in Washington of all places. Want to join this dynamic group of go-getters? We currently have one spot vacant on the board. Give us a call or email us to inquire. |

Want to participate but need help? Give us a call at (530) 394-0541 or email us at info@quincychamber.com and we'd be happy to take the photo for you or share some other ideas! |

Project:Camp Seeks Volunteers |
Project:Camp is a response and recovery organization that holds free pop-up, trauma-informed day camps for children impacted by disasters. They provided camps in our communities for children affected by the Dixie Fire in 2021. Community members who volunteered to help staff the camps reported that it was a memorable experience. Project:Camp will be hosting virtual trainings for our community this month, and they are looking for volunteers to take the training and be available in the case of future events.

Winter is Coming, but We're Still Running! |
The temps may be dropping & the daylight hours dwindling, but the Hough trails are still running, and so are the Yuba Expeditions shuttles! The Yuba shop in Quincy is open Friday through Monday through the winter, and we are currently running two shuttles per day up to Hough, a 10 a.m. and a 1 p.m., and will continue until we get snowed out. Come enjoy prime fall dirt conditions up in the Lost Sierra! Head over to yubaexpeditions.com for current trail conditions or to book shuttles. Stock up on your winter gear while you’re in the shop—we’ve got a great selection of Yuba jackets and sweatshirts, as well as cold-riding gear like lights, wool socks, shoe covers and skull caps. All proceeds from the shop benefit Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship and our Quincy-based trail crew, which has built 8.5 miles of new trail on Hough this year!
