City of Norwalk Announces Groundbreaking Event for New Addition to Norwalk’s Southwest Development Corridor
NORWALK, IOWA – August 12, 2024—The City of Norwalk, in conjunction with WB Realty Co., is thrilled to announce the opening of Dunn Industrial Park, a new premier light-industrial development. A groundbreaking event will be held on-site (Delaware St. and Madison Ave.) on Wednesday, August 21st, at 4 p.m. The public and media are invited to join the celebration and tour the Park.
WB Realty Co. recently completed the Dunn Industrial Park, a 39-acre industrial development located on the southwest side of Norwalk, Iowa. This innovative project aims to enhance the local economy and provide industrial opportunities for businesses in the region.
Project Overview: Dunn Industrial Park is situated just west of Highway 28 with convenient access to Highway 5, located only four miles north of the site. Zoned M-1 General Industrial, the development features multiple key components:

Two 20,000-square-foot Flex Buildings at 200 and 250 Delaware St. These buildings offer storefront entrances,14 by 16-foot drive-in doors, and clear span interior. Ceiling heights range from 16 to 20 feet. Available for sale or for lease starting at $9.25 per square foot Net.

Purpose and Benefits: The Dunn Industrial Park development is designed to meet the growing demand for industrial spaces in Norwalk. It offers businesses the flexibility to customize spaces to their needs while fostering economic growth and creating job opportunities in the community.
