The Chamber office is open to members Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or other times by appointment. |

BOI Has Been Reinstated! Now a January 13 deadline. |
| NFIB UPDATE: Federal Court of Appeals Reinstates BOI Reporting
On December 23, 2024, a federal court of appeals lifted the preliminary injunction blocking the reporting deadline for Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI). Following the decision, FinCEN has extended its reporting deadline to January 13, 2025, meaning that businesses will have an additional 12 days to file their BOI reports.
The bottom line is that the BOI filings are now due by January 13, 2025, including a 12-day extension just granted by FINCEN. |
