This youth camp is a high energy, fun, educational environment for girls and boys of all ability levels. Campers are grouped daily based on age as well as experience and participate in small group technical based activities, challenging training sessions, fun camp games and competitive small sided matches. Camp will be conducted by current college coaches and players with a wide variety of experience!

We are excited for the 2nd Stuffed Animal Clinic. The cost is free and sponsored by the Whitfield Foundation. The event is open for ages 3 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult. 4 or more children will require 2 adults to accompany the group. The Academy will be open to children currently enrolled in elementary school, ages 5-9. The session will consist of in-town field trips to the Demopolis Public Library, the Demopolis Fire Department and the playground at the city landing. There will also be classroom presentations each day that will consist of "Eddie the Eagle Gun Safety" which teaches children what to do if they find or see a gun and Anti-bullying which will teach children what bullying is, and what to do and who to tell if they feel they are being bullied. The graduation ceremony will be immediately following the last day of class on June 13th at the Demopolis Police Department. The class is limited to approximately 15 students. A fun and exciting hands-on camp where kids get to bake delicious treats, learn new skills, and make new friends! Kids will learn basic baking skills such as measuring, mixing, and baking. (Students will not have access to the oven. An adult will be operating the oven.) Lunch will be provided. Please feel free to bring snacks. Students can begin arriving at 8:30 am for check-in. Students must wear closed-toe shoes.
***Class size is limited. Students will be completely supervised. It will be a small class setting so that students are able to receive one on one instructions.

***Price for class will be $40 per student.
If you are a woman and you live in the City of Demopolis or in the surrounding areas and are interested in learning how to protect yourself, the Demopolis Police Department is hosting Equalizer Women's Self-Defense Class. The course covers: Acts of violence against women, reducing the risk of becoming a victim, defensive striking, common grab defenses, head-lock defenses, bear hug defenses, striking and knife defense, and quick escapes. The Equalizer Women's Self-Defense class is completely free of charge and open to women over the age of 13. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing for physical activities and to bring water and/or snacks.
