Programs feature interactive exhibit experiences in a welcoming environment with trained individuals who engage participants in lively discussions, object handling, and other multi-sensory activities. Programs are free and open to the public. These events are sponsored by the Shelby County Health Foundations and the Shelby County Community Chest.

Friday, September 6. A new concept in golf competition. SCCO is incorporating both courses to accommodate this new venture. 9 holes will be played in town at the Harlan Golf & Country Club and 9 holes at the Shelby County Golf Course, five miles north of Harlan. A total of 22 teams may participate.
