For the month of December, the Plumas Arts Gallery is featuring the work of all our member artists For the month of December, the Plumas Arts Gallery at 525 Main Street in Quincy is featuring the collective work of all of their artists. The opening reception for the month will begin Friday Dec. 1st at 5pm. The gallery features a wonderful selection of one-of-a kind items for holiday gift giving including handmade stockings, pottery, fabric arts, jewelry, leather bags, glass wind chimes, wood turnings, as well as original watercolor, oil, and acrylic paintings, photographs, prints, and greeting cards from a roster of over 80 local and regional artists. Shopping locally at the Plumas Arts Gallery this holiday season directly supports resident artists, as well as helps Plumas Arts continue to provide cultural events, art programs in the schools, support services to artists, and more. The Plumas Arts Gallery and office hours are Wednesday thru Friday 11am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm. The gallery will have extended hours of 11 am to 8 pm for Sparkle on Friday, December 1st.
