Please join Ramsey County Commissioner Nicole Frethem for a roundtable discussion about elevating the arts and supporting economic development by creating a film incentive program in Ramsey County. We appreciate your expertise and look forward to a productive conversation that will help us develop our program to best meet the needs of residents, nonprofit organizations, and businesses in Ramsey County.
