In celebration of Native American Heritage Month, our iconic Indigenous restaurant is offering guests “A Taste of the Pueblos”. This hearty special includes your choice of three of our legendary homemade stews, fresh-baked frybread, Pueblo oven bread and a blue corn muffin. These creations are inspired by historical Pueblo traditions and recipes and utilize ingredients such as red and green chile, blue corn and our harvest of fresh local produce and spices.

It’s a Pueblo feast for the soul.

The new installment of ‘Colors That Speak Words’ is a reflection on seasons of harvest by Artists Mallery Quetawki (Zuni) and Blythe Mariano (Diné). The exhibit is about a time of coming together as a community, harvesting what we know in culture and knowledge and transitioning to a quiet time and inner personal reflection. This reflects the support of families and community, sharing the bounty with cultural ceremonies that honor transition.
