Transform! Management Elevation is a people-management course that equips managers with the skills they need to effectively manage others.

Managing people is challenging!
Dealing with the typical aspects of managing people is one of the most challenging roles in the business world. Most managers have never received training on how to inspire their people for the long term and be a truly effective leader. Or if they did, it was training that was forgotten and they returned to their old habits as soon as the training was over.

Imagine if your managers:
  • Develop teams of employees who enjoy coming to work and respect their leader
  • Rarely deal wiath people problems because they manage their employees so well

What would the impact be on your organization if your employees:
  • Consistently perform their jobs well
  • Come to work with a positive attitude
  • Treat each other with respect
  • No drama!
  • Helped each other out and gave their best
You'll learn:
  • Strategies for motivation and engagement
  • Set clear expectations
  • Build performance relationships
  • Relational communication and active listening
  • Harness the power of feedback and recognition
  • Positive Discipline to address poor performance
