Participants will focus on good sportsmanship, leadership, cheers, jumps, motions, stunting and a routine. Cheer members will cheer for youth basketball games, walk in the Santa Parade (November 29th), and hold a special performance at the end of the season. Living wills and other documents help your doctors and loved ones know your wishes if you are not able to communicate them due to trauma, illness, or nearing end of life. Nobody likes to think about these difficult situations, but they are much easier for you and your family if you complete documents that clearly communicate your wishes. Join us for a free Advance Planning Assistance Session where our experts will be on hand with more information about documents to communicate those choices and to assist you with completing these documents.
*All sessions take place in the Laura Rose Conference Room at Regional Health Services of Howard County from 11 AM - 1 PM.

Regional Health holds bi-monthly prenatal classes in the Beadle Conference Room (please enter through the Main Entrance).
This class covers topics like prenatal care, labor & delivery, postpartum, newborn care, and breastfeeding.
A light snack will be provided.
